Production Engineer

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with a strong background in the oleochemical industry to support efficient, safe, and high-quality plant operations. The ideal candidate will lead process improvements, ensure compliance with international standards, and apply engineering and data-driven analysis to optimize production performance.

Job Description:

• Understands BED, DED, and improvement project initiatives.

• Understands Process Safety Management (MOC, HIRA).

• Understands production documents related to ISO 9002, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, GMP+B2, EffCI, SMK3, and other relevant SOPs.

• Understands statistical data analytics.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oleochemical industry and 3 years as a Production Engineer.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Good communication in English

• Good in Analytical Thinking

• Willing to be located in Medan
