We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Production Coordinator to support the production process of our interior projects. This role will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring materials availability, and monitoring the progress of interior work from production to finishing.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of interior production processes
- Ensure production materials and requirements are available and well-prepared
- Coordinate with carpenters and workers on site regarding production progress
- Purchase and manage production materials needed for interior projects
- Conduct checking and monitoring during the interior finishing process
- Handle ordering of interior materials and production items
- Assist in ensuring production timelines are followed
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any relevant field)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work with field teams and suppliers
- Basic knowledge of interior materials or production processes is a plus
- Able to multitask and follow up on multiple projects
