Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing administration, including preparation and processing of Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Handle import-related documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Process and track vendor invoices and payments in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support administrative tasks for the purchasing function as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Purchasing / Procurement role
  • Strong understanding of import procedures and regulations
  • Familiar with PR/PO processes and vendor management
  • Experience in handling payment processes and coordination with Finance
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
