As we begin a new chapter in Bali, we are looking for someone who works with intention, takes initiative, and is excited to grow within a small but ambitious team.
We are currently seeking a hands-on Production Coordinator to lead and refine our end-to-end production process.
This role requires consistent involvement and reliability throughout the full 4-month project duration.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and coordinate with artisans
- Manage production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle material sourcing and procurement planning
- Calculate and prepare material requirements for production
- Ensure product quality aligns with brand standards
- Support artisan recruitment and coordination
- Assist in product development process (sample preparation, measurements, and technical support)
- Assist in photoshoot sessions (product handling and logistics only)
Requirements:
- D3/S1 in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in fashion / craft / small-scale production
- Able to estimate material usage (fabric and supporting materials) independently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented
- Good communication skills and able to work closely with artisans
