About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Product Support Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting our gamified fitness and wellness mobile app, ensuring
smooth daily operations across content, rewards, and testing.
What You'll Do
Product Operations & Support
- Manage and organize the content database to ensure timely and accurate deployment.
- Oversee daily back-office (CMS) operations uploading in-app content, scheduling posts, updating banners, etc.
- Moderate user-generated content (posts,photos, comments) in line with community guidelines.
- Track and fulfill user rewards; update internal logs and records consistently.
Product Marketing Research
- Research competitor wellness or fitness apps and summarize feature sets, pricing, or reward models.
- Collect and update benchmarking data (downloads, reviews, social campaigns, etc.).
- Identify trending challenges or gamification features in similar apps.
AI & Productivity Tools
- Use ChatGPT and similar tools to assist with content creation, summaries, and productivity workflows.
- Support the internal team with prompt writing or AI-based automations (e.g., FAQs, templates, user replies).
Data & Google Sheets
- Work with Google Sheets to manage reports, apply complex formulas (e.g., ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, INDEX/MATCH, IMPORTRANGE), and generate weekly updates.
- Maintain and structure multiple data sheets to track performance, user logs, and testing results.
- Ensure data accuracy and flag inconsistencies across internal systems.
Testing & QA
- Assist in testing new mobile app features (Android/iOS), following structured test cases.
- Monitor app releases, report bugs, flag usability issues, and verify fixes.
What You Bring
- 13 years of experience in digital operations, QA, or product support.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (e.g., QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IMPORTRANGE, etc.).
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, etc.) and how to use them for content and productivity.
- Experience working with mobile apps, CMS tools, or internal dashboards (bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask across varied tasks daily.
- Clear communicator both written and verbal.
Bonus Points
- Background in nutrition or fitness
- Experience with tools like Trello, Slack, Firebase Console, or TestFlight
- Interest in health, wellness, or gamified apps
- Experience in reward-based campaigns, user engagement flows, or community management
Working Mode
This is a remote position. The candidate should be equipped to work independently with a stable internet connection and excellent time management skills.
