Job Description

  • Provide excellent response to all user requests that come from all communication media such as phone calls, email, or direct communication.
  • Handling client complain.
  • Logging the support calls.
  • Conducting the general diagnostic and troubleshooting functions.
  • Assisting in software maintenance.
  • Communicating with other divisions to analyze the outstanding issue and provide solutions.
  • Performing standard repairs.
  • Analyzing the failures according to the established procedures and taking the appropriate action.
  • Create weekly reports and summaries of outstanding issues for clients and management.
  • Coordinating maintenance schedule to clients and related parties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • Fresh graduated or 2 Years(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably male
  • Have knowledge about Linux
  • Willing to work shifting 24/7, including Saturday & Sunday
