Job Description

Responsibilities

Help create and improve products from the idea stage to final launch.
Do market research to support new product ideas.
Coordinate and monitor product trials.
Work closely with other teams like Marketing, Production, and Quality to make sure the product is ready to sell.
Coordinate with design team and choose the right packaging for the product.
Make sure the packaging meets product needs and follows company and safety standards with Production and Quality team.

Requirements

At least Bachelor Degree from Marketing, Management, all Engineering, or Any Field with minimum GPA 3.0
Has 1 - 2 years working experience in product development field, preferably on FMCG products.
Understanding product, design, packaging and process development.
Great communication skills and creative mindset.
Always be ready to learn new things and to work inside a fast paced working environment.
Expert at analyzing data with Ms. Excel.
Willing to be placed at Head Office (Cengkareng, West Jakarta)
