Your Role :-
Passionate and detail-oriented Local Product & Operations Assistant to support our Taste category and retail operations.
This role combines product category management with excellence, ensuring our products are well positioned and performing
across all channels. You will identify gaps, highlight opportunities to maximize product range and category sales, and play a
vital part in ensuring effective product launches and consistent ranging.
Who you are :-
- Drive Growth: Turn ideas into action by implementing smart product strategies : pricing, ranging, launches, and finding new opportunities to win.
- Own the Category: Plan budgets, manage performance, and keep the numbers on track.
- Be the Market Expert: Know what's trending, what competitors are doing, and what customers want.
- Spot the Gaps: Find what's missing and make it happen to boost profitability.
- Master the Numbers: Understand P&L and share monthly insights that shape decisions.
- Create Buzz: Work with marketing teams to launch campaigns that make people talk-360 activations, promos, and more.
- Team Up for Impact: Collaborate with sales to make sure promotions and sell-in/sell-out activities rock in retail and online.
- Launch Like a Pro: Coordinate timelines and phase-in/out plans with the commercial triangle.
- Connect & Influence: Work with regional teams, tech experts, and even retailers and promoters to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Hit the Road: Some travel to stores and markets, because seeing it live matters.
- Ensure Compliance: Understand and manage product compliance requirements like SNI certification, import regulations, and energy efficiency standards to guarantee smooth approvals and market readiness.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills; advanced data analysis capability is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
