Job Description

As a Product Researcher, you will be responsible for uncovering user needs, challenges, and behaviors through research and analysis to inform product development and enhancements. This role requires you to gather actionable insights from users, monitor product performance, and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify users&apos needs, problems, and experience in the product through various research methodologies.
  2. Continuously monitor product performance and gather users&apos feedback.
  3. Provide insights into market trends and the competitive landscape by conducting competitive analysis.
  4. Identify opportunities for product improvement based on user feedback and market trends.
  5. Help product managers in backlog prioritization and product requirements by acting as a spokesperson for users.
  6. Responsible for the end-to-end operations of research projects.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Product Design, Product Development, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience conducting end-to-end user researchcovering planning, participant recruitment, execution, synthesis, and delivery of insights.
  3. Proficient in a variety of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies, with the ability to select and apply the right method based on context.
  4. Strong analytical skills and a deep intuition for user behavior, able to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  5. Demonstrated ability to craft focused, practical, and answerable research questions aligned with product and business goals.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in articulating insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  7. Experience with systems that involve multiple user roles, identities, or account switching (e.g., parent/child, admin/user) and considerations around trust and safety.
  8. Familiarity with user decision-making in digital payments, including understanding of pricing perception, transaction confidence, and identifying friction points or motivating factors in financial flows.
