Product Owner-Like Role: Act as a liaison between the Product Manager and operational needs, challenging and assisting the Product Manager in defining a product that aligns with operational requirements.
Product Launch Management: Oversee product launches and explain features and benefits to presales.
Customer Onboarding: Assist with data input for customer trials, ensuring the onboarding process runs smoothly.
System Integration: Define and manage the integration of the product with other systems.
Bridging QA/CS with IT Engineers: Communicate and manage issues from the QA/CS teams to IT engineers, ensuring problems are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to improve communication and execution.
Product Launch Readiness: Support go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth product launches and feature rollouts.
Customer & User Insights: Work with customer support and success teams to track customer pain points and relay insights to product teams.
Standardization & Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and best practices to streamline product operations.
Process Scalability: Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements for scaling product operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or customer experience optimization.
