Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products or services, or improve existing ones.
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, including school/enterprise program, marketing activation (BYOA program) and event marketing
Developing product positioning strategies to differentiate products from competitors.
Developing content, such as product descriptions, product demos, and sales enablement materials.
Creating promotional plans, including banner website, WA blast and other.
Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product and promotional decisions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
Preferably talent who studied computer science.
Has minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the same field.
Preferably coming for retail industry or has strong exposure in project management.
Has exposure in e commerce operation management.
Good communication & interpersonal skill
Good analytical thinking & able to work under pressure
Willing to be placed in West Jakarta office at Slipi (Full WFO)
