Monitoring & Timeline Management
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring project timelines to ensure all projects are on track according to the schedule.
- Update project trackers and highlight potential delays or overlapping timelines.
Project FollowUp
- Follow up on project progress with the Product Team and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoing Product Projects.
Meeting & Documentation
- Setting Meeting
- Create and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items.
Reporting & Data Support
- Support the preparation and maintenance of Excelbased reports (timeline, progress, status).
- Assist with basic analysis related to project status, dependencies, and deliverables.
Adhoc Support
- Provide additional project and administrative support as required by the Product Project Implementation team.
