Product Planning Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Planning Supervisor to lead end-to-end product development in the cosmetic/skincare maklon (OEM/ODM) industry. You will bridge client needs with internal teams, ensuring innovative, market-ready products are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop category strategies and product concepts based on brand and market insights.

Manage product development projects from concept (0) to launch (1).

Collaborate with R&D, packaging, and procurement to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Research and apply new ingredients, trends, and technologies.

Create and deliver impactful client proposals and presentations.

Requirements

Min. 3 years of experience in cosmetic/skincare product development (OEM/ODM preferred).

Proven success in 01 product launches.

Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Knowledge of formulations, raw materials, and packaging.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Brand Communication, Cosmetic Science, or related field.

Able to speak English; Mandarin is a plus.

Willing to be placed in the PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk) area, Jakarta.
