POSITION SUMMARY
PPIC Staff will be involved in the planning, controlling and analysis of Production Plan. You are in charge of ensuring that all orders entering the company will be gatekeep in a way that customer's expectation and the company's capacity are well aligned
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE
Main Objective: Implement planning intiatives such as Master Production Schedule, Material Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning in order to ensure degree of alignment between planning and actual production schedule
Sub Objectives:
- Integrate the production planning of other production department into one integrated system
- Improve administrative & operations work-flow between Production - Warehouse -Marketing & PPIC
- Improve data collection & analysis of production process
Technical Objectives: Experience Job Order Master Production Scheduling, experience in Job Order Material Requirement Planning, Intermediary excel formula (vlookup, xyzif function, Pivot table creation), Google Data Studio for KPI reporting
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Schedule and control production process based on planned time, routing, quantity to reduce lead time.
- Analyzing capacity and resource requirements (man, material, equipment) and coordinating with the production department regarding this matter
- Perform & follow-up requests for materials to the warehouse
- Calculation & determination of the use of materials ordered by customers - reducing Production Orders (SPP)
- Receive goods and services belonging to customers (services, accessories, malls) and match the mall with glass
- Cross-check reports on production results and field events every day
- Stock control: Carry out stock taking (SO), control the stock of raw materials for production preparation
- Create, print & cross-check the manufacture of Sticker Quality Control (QC)
- Controlling the progress of the Production Order (SPP)
- Controlling the administration of material use in the cutting production line
- Input cutting report results to tracker & Controlling glass stock (matching daily glass stock)
- Planning glass packaging needs, and proposing manufacture to related parties
- Collect data for takt time, cycle time, and value stream mapping
- Create and control the Master Production Schedule
Qualification:
- Min. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Informatics Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Min. 1 year experience in related fields
- Experience in using data processing software systems (example: SAP, ERP) is a plus
- Profiecient in Microsoft Office (especially excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
