Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to own and evolve the Discover domain, including My Account and CMS-driven experiences across the webshop. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, content, and delivery, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, CRM, Brand, Data, Design, and Engineering.

You will be responsible for defining a clear product vision, translating insights into actionable roadmaps, and ensuring that discovery and content experiences drive engagement, retention, and conversion at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and continuously refine the long-term strategy for the Discover domain, including My Account and CMS pages.
  • Translate user insights, customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into a clear product vision and prioritized roadmap.

Customer Experience & Discovery Journeys

  • Own and optimize the My Account experience to deliver clear user value, seamless interaction flows, and strong retention drivers.
  • Lead the strategy for CMS-driven components across the webshop, ensuring a dynamic and consistent experience from home pages to category and landing pages.
  • Drive a unified, scalable content management approach across the entire online shop.
  • Evolve marketing pages and discovery modules to improve product findability, content relevance, and conversion.

Backlog & Delivery Management

  • Create and maintain a clear, structured backlog aligned with business objectives and UX best practices.
  • Write high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews in collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Balance quick wins with long-term structural improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary product lead aligning Marketing, CRM, and Brand, ensuring digital components support global campaigns and seasonal storytelling.
  • Work closely with data teams to define success metrics and evaluate performance of discovery experiences.
  • Partner with engineering leads to ensure feasibility, scalability, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to align on priorities and delivery timelines.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use analytics, A/B testing, and qualitative research to continuously improve user journeys.
  • Define and track KPIs related to engagement, discoverability, and conversion.

Content & CMS Excellence

  • Ensure CMS templates, modules, and workflows enable efficient publishing and high-quality storytelling.
  • Identify and prioritize CMS enhancements that improve flexibility, speed, and personalization.

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Engagement and retention within My Account
  • Discoverability and conversion across CMS-driven pages
  • Time-to-market for content and campaign launches
  • CMS usability and publishing efficiency
  • Alignment and delivery predictability across stakeholders

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally within e-commerce, retail, fashion, or content-driven digital environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design and content management systems.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps using an iterative approach.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Comfortable using data, analytics, and research to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
