Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with additional experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing product planning, product roadmaps, product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature prioritization, and product releases.
  • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear product requirements and functional specifications.
  • Experience in business process analysis and improvement, including As-Is and To-Be process design.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall software development environments.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with business teams to develop business cases, obtain stakeholder approval, and translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working closely with Business Users, Product Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and expectation-management skills.
  • Able to proactively identify opportunities, conduct ideation, propose innovative solutions, and drive continuous product and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience in preparing project plans, timelines, deliverables, implementation plans, status reports, and post-go-live/project implementation reports.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying for data analysis and validation.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Willing to work Work From Office (WFO) at the designated location.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product planning and delivery by translating business objectives, stakeholder needs, and customer requirements into clear product strategies, requirements, and actionable deliverables.
  • Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis with business users and key stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, opportunities, and product improvement areas.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes by defining and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature requirements, priorities, and release plans in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, validate, and resolve business and product requirements.
  • Facilitate proactive ideation and propose innovative solutions, product enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve business processes and product value.
  • Work closely with business teams to develop business cases, implementation strategies, success criteria, and obtain approval from relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage project and product implementation plans, including timelines, deliverables, resource plans, deployment plans, change management activities, and supporting project documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Kick-Off Meetings, stakeholder meetings, Agile ceremonies, requirement discussions, and project communications while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure product and project delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
  • Monitor product and project progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution actions.
  • Develop and maintain project status reports, ad hoc management reports, product performance updates, and recommendations for business and product improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate product trials, implementation activities, and post-implementation outcomes to measure achievement against defined success criteria.
  • Prepare Project Implementation Reports (PIR) following go-live and document lessons learned, improvement opportunities, and implementation outcomes.
  • Ensure product and project documentation, including requirements, specifications, project plans, meeting minutes, and implementation documents, is completed accurately and in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all product and project activities comply with established governance, policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
  • Perform other product and project management responsibilities as required to support successful product delivery and continuous business improvement.
