Job Desc:

• Own product KPI (revenue, adoption, retention, operational efficiency).

• Translate business vision into measurable product roadmap (Annual → Quarterly → MVP).

• Lead design sprint as decision-making forum (not documentation).

• Make priority trade-offs (impact vs cost vs timeline).

• Ensure every feature has clear problem, expected impact, and success metric.

• Continuously evaluate product performance vs business impact.

• Act as playmaker to align business, tech, and user value.
