Take end-to-end ownership of digital products, from vision to delivery.
Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and goals in alignment with business strategy.
Gather and translate requirements into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness for execution.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives) and make decisions during delivery processes.
Use metrics and data analysis (SQL, dashboards, reports) to track progress, measure outcomes, and support decision-making.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, operations) to align priorities and incorporate feedback.
Ensure product quality and usability, maintaining strong collaboration within the delivery team.
Drive continuous improvement in business processes, system efficiency, and customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, with proven experience managing backlog, sprint execution, epics, and user stories.
Solid technical understanding of product development, system integrations, and APIs.
Hands-on experience with SQL for product insights and decision-making.
Background in IT project management and/or business process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
A fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite (WFO, Jakarta).
Nice to Have
Experience in the IT services, financial, or automotive industry.
Exposure to large-scale product integrations (e.g., API, ERP, payment systems).
Proven ability to lead teams or mentor junior POs/PMs.
