We are seeking a Product Owner who possesses a strong technical mindset and natural leadership skills to manage our Digital Product team.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ Years experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst or equivalent in a software company (SaaS B2B preferred).
- Educational Certifications such as Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
- Capability to develop product vision, roadmap and translate product's business goals to executable tasks for the team.
- Possess strong communication skills for team and stakeholder management
- Ability to maintain the quality of the team's output and foster good collaboration
- Possess the ability to deliver and assign tasks efficiently & good decision-making skill
- Technical Fluency in modern web architecture (APIs, Client vs. Server logic, Database basics)
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision for the company's B2B web platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead the strategic prioritization of the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder needs.
- Partner closely with designers and developers to create seamless user experiences and high-quality technical solutions.
- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business departments
- Analyze user behavior through analytics tools and market trends to identify pain points and drive feature enhancements that meet customer needs.
- Orchestrate the full SDLC, from initial discovery and sprint planning to successful product deployment.
- Author and maintain critical project artifacts, including PRDs, test scenarios, and user manuals to ensure knowledge transfer and product clarity.
- Guide the Product Designer in UI creation & to be a quality gatekeeper for all features.
