Product Material Engineer

Job Description

• Work on Product Lifecycle Management (windchill or similar tools) to identify entity that manage the product and part
• Work on Product Lifecycle Management to identify if the technical documents are available
• Update the technical specification which necessary to be provided to assure good performance of our product
• Identify the usage MPN of material and treatment to work on possibility of registration in TSM
• Work on PR creation for identified material and treatment included in the Environmental scope
• collaborate with material Engineer on necessary part required for registration
• Provide registered TSM number that need to be linkage into BOM by the respected Engineer
• Validating the molding quality on the injection molding part
• As the specialist to review the test result and share the decision to the stake holder
• Develop Batam R&D Lab test compliance refer to the specification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Material Engineering/Polymer is a must
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understand type of material in Industrial Usage (Metal, Polymer, Plastic, Composite, Rubber)
• Familiar with of Product BOM structure (Bill of Material)
• Good understanding of Microstructure of Metal
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Able to collaborate with cross department/cross functions
• Creative and solution-oriented personality
• Good at Project Management
