Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving excellence in the planning and execution of product marketing initiatives, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable impact on commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Category Ownership
- Take full ownership and accountability for assigned product categories
- Develop a thorough understanding of company sales targets and business priorities
- Support the development of marketing strategies and translate them into effective campaign plans and calendars
2. Brand Building & Local Relevance
- Localize global UNIQLO branding strategies to ensure relevance for the Indonesian market
- Maintain global brand consistency while enhancing local impact through strong consumer insight and creativity
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and allocate marketing resources (budget, manpower) based on product priorities
- Execute end-to-end campaigns across channels (digital, in-store, PR, influencers, events) with high attention to detail
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver compelling, brand-aligned content across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Support planning and execution of marketing events and activations with a can-do, hands-on approach
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Store Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and E-commerce teams
- Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with product priorities, launch timelines, and seasonal strategies
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and business results against KPIs
- Analyze data to generate insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide post-campaign evaluations and actionable recommendations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or communications (preferably in a consumer-facing company)
- Strong understanding of brand building, campaign planning, and multi-channel content development (digital, traditional, KOL/influencers)
- Passionate about retail, lifestyle, and/or fashion industries
- Proactive, hardworking, and hands-on mindset with strong execution capability
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, self-driven learner and thrives under pressure attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and detail-driven environment
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
