Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Diploma of any major
  • Have a minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Product Management / Product Marketing / Product Development in FMCG/Beauty Industries
  • Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Strong marketing skills to create effective product marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Know about online and offline campaigns
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing (innovation to market execution)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze skincare and makeup trends to identify opportunities for new products
  • Conduct surveys and gather consumer feedback to understand preferences
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop formulations and packaging that meet consumer needs
  • Oversee product development from concept to launch, including product testing
  • Work with the Marketing team to plan strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align sales strategies with goals
  • Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and meet expectations
  • Analyze product performance metrics such as sales and consumer satisfaction
  • Recommend product improvements and marketing strategies
  • Manage budgets for product development and marketing
  • Monitor expenses to ensure marketing efficiency
  • Organize marketing campaigns effectively
