Job Overview
Responsible for coordinating product strategies, launches, sales campaigns, and market analysis to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Product Development teams to align product strategies, displays, and budget plans.
- Assist in identifying new products, drive product launches, and execute campaigns and roadshows to support market strategies.
- Analyze customer characteristics and conduct channel mapping for targeted product distribution.
- Lead product introduction efforts, focusing on sales growth, and analyze competitor campaigns for pricing and promotional insights.
- Collaborate with the Market Analyst Team to implement PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) strategies.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the home appliances industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and business development.
- Experience in project management and campaign execution.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office.
- Customer-Obsessed, with an ability to develop market strategies.
