Product Marketing / Digital Marketing

We're looking for a Product Marketing / Digital Marketing professional who wants to work across growth, product storytelling, community, and business expansion. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and go-to-market, with direct impact on adoption, revenue, and brand building.

What you'll do
Growth & acquisition
- Plan and execute user acquisition strategies across paid, organic, partnerships, and experiments
- Run and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google/Search, and other channels
- Analyze funnel performance (acquisition activation conversion) and iterate for efficiency
Product marketing & messaging
- Develop clear positioning, messaging, and narratives for bitbybit's products
- Translate complex AI and technical features into simple, compelling value propositions
- Define customer segments, core use cases, and differentiation
Community, events & engagement
- Help build and grow bitbybit's community through content, discussions, and engagement
- Support offline activations such as meetups, workshops, and industry events
- Assist in planning and executing webinars, demos, and educational sessions
Business & go-to-market
- Create sales and marketing assets: landing pages, decks, demos, use cases, and case studies
- Work closely with product and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategy
- Gather customer and market insights to inform product roadmap and growth decisions
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in product marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to work across marketing, product, and business
- Comfortable executing hands-on while thinking strategically
- Data-driven with strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Interest in AI, SaaS, and modern business tools
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI products, or tech startups
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, conversational commerce, or CRM platforms
- Content creation skills (copywriting, video, basic design sense)
- Experience supporting community initiatives or events
