Responsibilities:
- Define product specifications, including features, user flows, and digital screen designs.
- Conduct cost-benefit assessments, competitor benchmarking, customer behavior analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Lead the full product development cycle from inception and requirement gathering (BRD/SR) to production launch and stabilization.
- Act as the primary business lead, collaborating across Digital, IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Review and approve prototypes, functional specifications (FSD), and UAT scripts to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the implementation process and provide expert support to branches and customer care teams to resolve complex product issues.
- Manage external vendors to ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the banking industry with deep technical knowledge of Open API (Public) architecture.
- Proven track record as a high performer with a can-do attitude in fast-paced environments.
- Solid experience in digital product management, user experience (UX), and market data analysis.
- Expertise in leading IT projects and managing cross-functional development lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of distributed services, covering design, implementation, scalability, and operational needs.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain a holistic perspective across diverse stakeholders.
