We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Product Manager to drive and lead marketing 360 strategies, and ensure flawless execution of product launches!
You will...
- Drive and lead marketing mix strategies (IMC/360)
- Brand campaign & animation calendar;
- Adapt Global Product launch & animation strategy / dossier to create 360 marketing plan that resonates with local consumers (Collaborate with CMI on the market insights, social listening);
- Managing awareness media strategy + adaptation of Global communication (claims, institutional assets) Coordinate with Zone & DMI on digital assets, contents, activation plan;
- Working closely + mobilize Advocacy & Influence, Online Brand Manager, Commercial and Education team.
- Drive recruitment and sell out (Retail & In Salon Services) via Activation. Liase with Salon partners, supervise execution, collaborate with Retail, Education & Commercial team.
- Product assortment management : Sizing (forecast) & monitor performance of existing SKUs, NPD & Restage.
- Managing A&P / Marketing Budget.
- Managing team to ensure excellent execution.
