If you are someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong market insight with solid knowledge of market research methods.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in product launch or market integration, preferably within the smartphone industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and resources effectively.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

And you are ready to be:

• Develop and manage product planning by analyzing the Indonesian smartphone market and competitor portfolios to build an effective product strategy.
• Conduct market research to gain deep consumer insights, identify needs, and translate them into innovative software features that enhance product competitiveness.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle by monitoring competitor launches, pricing strategies, and market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive sales performance.
• Lead new product launches by integrating product, sales, and marketing strategies, ensuring timelines and documentation are met, and conducting post-launch evaluations.
• Gather and analyze market data, evaluate the competitive landscape, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
