Job Description :
Governance & Approval Authority
- Serve as formal approval authority for operational product changes.
- Validate completeness, financial impact, risk exposure, and business justification before implementation.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and full traceability.
- Prevent unapproved or non-compliant changes from reaching production.
SLA & Change Lifecycle Ownership
- Own end-to-end SLA tracking from intake to go-live.
- Prioritise requests based on revenue impact and risk.
- Monitor progress, escalate delays, and maintain transparency dashboards.
Release & Go-Live Readiness
- Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Support.
- Ensure UAT completion, rollback readiness, and release validation.
- Provide structured go/no-go decisions backed by data and risk posture.
Payment, Pricing & Voucher Operational Control
- Govern lifecycle of payment channels and pricing updates.
- Validate voucher/SKU configurations across Web, API, and reseller channels.
- Safeguard revenue integrity and prevent misconfiguration risks.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Analyze SLA breaches and operational inefficiencies.
- Recommend automation and governance enhancements.
- Align controls with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and fintech standards.
Job Requirement :
- 36 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Release Management, or Digital Platform Operations.
- Experience in fintech, payments, gaming, marketplace, or e-commerce preferred.
- Strong governance mindset and attention to detail.
- Structured decision-making and documentation discipline.
- SLA and release lifecycle management experience.
- Strong stakeholder coordination across technical and business teams.
- Risk-aware with revenue sensitivity.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS / ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, SQL, or analytics tools.
