Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

  • Define website goals and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze competitors, user behavior, and market trends.
  • Set and track KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, engagement).

User Experience (UX) & Design

  • Research user needs and improve usability.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers for layout and design.
  • Ensure accessibility, mobile optimization, and intuitive navigation.

Development Coordination

  • Work with developers and marketing to implement updates.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features.
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks.

Data Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools.
  • Conduct A/B tests and improve conversion rates.
  • Enhance SEO, site speed, and overall performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
  • Align website content with campaigns and business goals.
  • Ensure smooth technical operations and integrations.

Content & CMS Management

  • Oversee website content and updates.
  • Manage CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Ensure brand consistency and localization if needed.

Project Management

  • Plan and execute website redesigns or migrations
  • Maintain timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations and reporting.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with privacy and accessibility standards. Oversee QA testing to fix bugs and errors.
  • Maintain security and data protection measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Indonesian citizen, maximum 30 years old, residing in Jabodetabek.
  • Minimum 23 years experience as a Marketing/Growth Analyst, with proven track records.
  • Hands-on experience in managing web/digital marketing analytics & trackers across channels
  • Strong analytical skill in reading marketing data, funnels, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Social Media Analytics & Pixels, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and data storytelling skills. SQL/Python is a plus
  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal).
  • Willing to work from office in Purwadhika BSD - Green Office Park 9
