Breakdown product features into clear, structured documentation including functional specifications, acceptance criteria, priorities, timelines, and product objectives.
Engage with users and stakeholders to collect feedback, understand pain points, and gather input for future enhancements.
Work cross-functionally with UI/UX, Researchers, and Engineers to ensure that developed solutions meet both user and business needs.
Maintain comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature descriptions to support efficient development and QA processes.
Manage the product development lifecycle (SDLC) by supporting each phase from ideation, design handoff, and development to testing and release.
Assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Security Acceptance Testing (SAT) with relevant stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance before launch.
Analyze product usage and feedback post-release to identify improvement opportunities or bug fixes, and plan subsequent release cycles.
Contribute to go/no-go decisions by evaluation feature readiness and completeness prior to deployment to demo or production environments.
Proactively communicate status, blockers, and risks to internal teams and ensure alignment on release plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a presales, sales engineering, or solution consultant, preferably within a digital product or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Proficient in documenting product requirements and use cases (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Understanding of product metrics and ability to translate data into decisions.
Comfortable using collaboration and product tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Figma, Confluence).
String analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up on task progress.
