Responsible for the strategy, development, and lifecycle of a product, acting as a bridge between business, technology, and user needs to ensure the product meets market demands and company goals.
Defining product vision and roadmaps, conducting market research and analyzing customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including engineering and marketing), and overseeing the product's development and successful launch.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager/Product Owner in agile development environments, focusing on managing product development processes.
Fluent in Mandarin is a must
Proven experience handling the full product development lifecycle and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and manage product development timelines.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., DevOps, Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Optional/Preferred Experience in specific industries or domains, such as Mining Industry, SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or manufacturing.
