Product Manager

Bank Raya is looking for a Product Manager – Payments to manage and develop payment products and digital transactional services end-to-end. This role will work closely with the Payment Squad and cross-functional stakeholders to drive product strategy, development, implementation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing product roadmap, priorities, requirements, and end-to-end product development.

• Translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business flows, and integration requirements.

• Collaborating with the Payment Squad and cross-functional stakeholders using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Coordinating product testing, implementation, regulatory requirements, and post-launch monitoring.

• Monitoring transaction performance, risks, and issues to identify opportunities for product optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major with a good understanding of technology, system integration, and digital product development.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong background in payment products and digital transactional services.

• Strong experience in QRIS, Open API/SNAP, and debit card products.

• Good understanding of payment systems, including QRIS Issuer/Acquirer, fund transfers, biller/PPOB, and payment APIs.

• Understanding of end-to-end payment processes, including authorization, settlement, reconciliation, reversal, refund, dispute, and fraud control.

• Experience in defining product and integration requirements, including system flow, API, data mapping, and transaction failure handling.

• Understanding of integrations with internal systems, partners, switching providers, principals, biller aggregators, and payment service providers.

• Good understanding of payment-related regulations, licensing, and reporting requirements from BI, OJK, and ASPI.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
