Product Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant, ERP Product Owner, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, preferably in Discrete Manufacturing and/or Process Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing business processes, including BOM, Work Definition, Work Orders, Routing, Production Execution, Inventory, and Cost Management.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and system solutions.
• Ability to define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and product backlog based on business value and operational requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with business users, plant/manufacturing operations, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
• Good understanding of system integration between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications such as MES, IoT, WMS, or other manufacturing systems.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct alignment between business requirements, manufacturing operations, and technology solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to support the digital transformation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Managing the product roadmap and backlog, gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating requirements into functional solutions, and supporting the configuration
• Enhancement of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules, including Work Definition, Work Order Execution, Inventory Management, and Cost Management.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing operations, business stakeholders, technical and development teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful system implementation, integration, testing, UAT, release management, and ongoing system improvements.
