Job Description:
1. Based on user insights, propose new products for the daily consumer goods sector in the Southeast Asian market;
2. Analyze product lines and competitors according to industry trends and user needs, continuously optimize product direction, and take responsibility for the product's commercial success;
3. Improve the product matrix: develop product strategies aligned with brand positioning, consumer insights, and market/user research results, and complete the annual product development plan;
4. Product selling points: responsible for refining product selling points, preparing product materials, and participating in evaluating packaging and promotional design effectiveness;
5. Product lifecycle management: monitor product development milestones and regularly manage product launches and iterations;
6. Product launch: coordinate across departments to ensure project progress and complete product launch as planned.
