Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and user journeys; proactively identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for improvement across touchpoints.
Evaluate problem statements using data and insights to assess impact, feasibility, and alignment with product and business objectives.
Define and propose effective product solutions that balance user value, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
Drive initiative prioritization by establishing success metrics, estimating business impact, and managing the product backlog.
Lead product delivery in close partnership with engineering and QA teams to ensure high quality, manage dependencies, and keep timelines on track.
Monitor post-launch performance using defined metrics, and continuously iterate on enhancements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
Align and enable stakeholders through clear communication of product updates, while supporting feature adoption with training and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to resolve issues, align on strategy, and support ongoing product development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
13 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
Knowledge or experience in supply chain and/or ERP-related products is a strong advantage.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward.
