Support the product team in day-to-day product development activities.
Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and user stories.
Participate in the product development process, including backlog discussions, testing, and release support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, commercial) to support feature delivery.
Help analyze basic product metrics, user feedback, and conduct simple research.
Assist in identifying issues and suggesting improvements to product features or processes.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline).
Basic understanding of digital products and the product development lifecycle.
Familiarity with Agile concepts and product tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma) is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills in English.
Interest in product management, fintech, or growth-related products is a plus.
