Product Manager (Growth & Payment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the product team in improving product performance and delivering value to users.
• Assist in planning and executing product strategies aligned with company goals.
• Contribute to defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in the product development lifecycle including backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing, and release coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure successful delivery of product features.
• Help monitor product metrics and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct basic research and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product enhancements.
• Proactively identify issues and suggest process or product optimizations.
• Support the product team in product development, improving product performance and delivering value to users.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline).
• At least 23 years of experience in product management or related roles (e.g., business analyst, project coordinator, UX researcher).
• Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar product management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to write simple SQL queries or work with data is a plus.
• Experience in fintech industry or growth and payment product is a plus.
