What You'll Do
As an Assistant Product Manager, you'll support the CEO and Product Managers in driving product initiatives forward. This role is designed for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - able to manage follow-ups, prepare documentation, and help keep priorities on track.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and Product Managers in managing product roadmaps, priorities, and project tracking.
- Assist in preparing clear product documentation, specifications, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and structure product initiatives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Follow up with stakeholders (engineering, data, design, operations) to ensure deliverables are progressing as planned.
- Help with backlog grooming and sprint preparation by capturing requirements and aligning with product priorities.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and user research to support product decisions.
- Provide operational support in product meetings (agenda, notes, action tracking).
- Proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments to keep projects moving smoothly.
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in product, project management, or a related role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) must be able to prepare polished documentation and presentations.
- SQL must be able to use it confidently and effectively.
- API must understand how to set it up and interpret the data.
- Strong working knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Very hardworking expectations for product managers are extremely high, and we expect the product team to be the most prepared.
- Work directly with the CEO the role can be very demanding but guarantees significant learning. Candidates should have at least a technical education or a minimum of 1 year of technical experience.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive and independent mindset able to follow through without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, simple language for stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Background in AdTech, gaming, or digital platforms.
- Exposure to data analytics, ML/AI, or software development environments.
- Experience preparing presentations for leadership or clients.
- Prior experience working in multicultural or international environments.
