Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, research, design, development, and launch of products.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to product launch and ongoing iteration.
• Collaborate with the product team, business team, and other departments to implement new features and improvements.
• Translate product strategies into clear requirements, detailed documentation, and prototypes.
• Enhance the customer experience by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative feedback data.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Solid understanding of design and product development processes, with the ability to apply data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Prior experience in developing e-commerce websites or applications is strongly preferred.
