We believe that everyone should have access to improving their health and wellness, so we've built FIT HUB from the ground up to make exercising friendly, affordable, and fun for new gym-goers and fitness-enthusiasts alike.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be part of the Product Team. You will help the team build new digital product(s) and improve current features on our Website, Mobile App and Internal Dashboard. You will be expected to be agile, hands-on and willing to hit the ground with a growth mindset. You'll get a huge room of growth and opportunity to show your skills as you will help ideate and create new digital products that customers love.

What You Will Do

• Understand end-user and internal-user needs and pain points through feedback, experiments, research, and data analysis. Translate these insights into actionable solutions to improve existing products or develop new ones.
• Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap for your platform area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales/Commercial, Finance, and Operations) and external stakeholders (B2B clients, vendors, and partners) to define product requirements and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements in collaboration with Engineering, including user flows, business rules, and API/integration requirements.
• Manage third-party integrations, such as payment gateways and omnichannel platforms, to ensure seamless connectivity across systems.
• Monitor product performance and quality to ensure solutions address user needs. Track platform health through key metrics, including internal-user adoption, data accuracy, and system reliability.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of product management experience, working closely with designers, data teams, and engineers, with a strong track record of managing platforms such as omnichannel solutions, internal tools, CMS, or transactional systems.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and web and mobile application architecture, with the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers. Coding experience is not required.
• Experience digitizing business processes for internal users and driving user adoption.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of user behavior and the ability to translate insights into product solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, structure discussions, and align multiple stakeholders.
