Has 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within software development projects.
Has knowledge or experience in development Credit Products or Financial Products [MANDATORY]
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories, and drive product vision and execution.
Proficient in project and product management tools, including: Wrike, Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including development, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders.
Experience in conducting user research, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.
Capable of tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables across different teams and tools.
Familiar with backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
