Collaborate with business users to understand data and reporting needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams (business users, engineering, QA, and others) to conceptualize, develop, and deliver data-driven and analytics solutions.
Develop and maintain the data integration platform, including ETL tools such as Talend, ODI, Pentaho, etc.
Support the integration of various data sources into enterprise data warehouse systems.
Implement and optimize data management processes to ensure high-quality and accurate reporting.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data analytics and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/System, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle, Postgre, Cloudera, Impala, Hive).
Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Experience with Talend tools or similar ETL/data integration platforms.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical teams.
Experience with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
Strong understanding of data analytics, regulatory reporting, and best practices in data management.
Deep knowledge of data transformation processes, especially with ETL concepts (Extract, Transform, Load).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst preferably in a banking company
