Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data engineering and analytics initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders (Data Analysts, Business Teams, Product Teams).
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, detailed documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions.
Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactively track and communicate project progress, risks, and blockers to ensure timely resolution.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve product development processes and project execution.
Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints effectively.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in data, analytics, and modern data technology practices.
About You:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role (experience in data, analytics, or data engineering is a strong plus).
Strong understanding of data products, data warehousing, data modeling, and analytics platforms (e.g., BigQuery).
Solid experience managing technical projects, particularly in data engineering or analytics environments.
Proven ability to write clear product documentation and structured project plans.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
