Job Description

About the Role:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data engineering and analytics initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders (Data Analysts, Business Teams, Product Teams).
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, detailed documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively track and communicate project progress, risks, and blockers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve product development processes and project execution.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints effectively.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in data, analytics, and modern data technology practices.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role (experience in data, analytics, or data engineering is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of data products, data warehousing, data modeling, and analytics platforms (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Solid experience managing technical projects, particularly in data engineering or analytics environments.
  • Proven ability to write clear product documentation and structured project plans.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
