Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tangerang, for a Product Manager specializing in Data and AI. As a Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of data-driven and AI-powered products, from concept to launch. Your key responsibilities include product strategy development, backlog prioritization, cross-functional team collaboration, stakeholder communication, market analysis, and ensuring alignment of products with user and business needs. You will also define KPIs to measure product success and adapt to technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for data-centric and AI products
- Prioritize and manage sprint backlogs for products such as CDP, CEP, digital twin, recommendation engine, search engine, and workflow automation for real-time analytics
- Oversee implementation and standardization of unified data catalog, metadata management, and workspace management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, data governance, data engineers, and software developers
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning for AI and data product services
- Ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives through regular stakeholder engagement
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in data or AI domains
- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI technologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
