FORMULATRIX is seeking a hands-onProduct Managerfor our internalCRM (TIGA). This in-house built system, which now supports over 1000 employees across all departments. This system is a critical enabler of our internal and external organization, allowing us to manage our customers, employees, and vendors.
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong user-centered software design philosophy, excellent communication, cross-group collaboration, and planning skills. Candidates must work well independently, with a global team, and with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a software team to deliver a great user and information experience
- Drive product planning from conceptual stages to final delivery.
- Build a system that is extensible, fast, error-free, and reliable.
- Work with our user experience and technical writer teams to envision a fast, accurate, and easy to use solution.
- Define requirements around user interface and workflow details.
- Contribute to defining the product strategy and roadmap for ERP systems
- Work with all departments to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed within the product.
- Prioritize and follow up on user inquiries while managing product issues to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Software Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years of product management experience, with CRM or ERP products.
- Experience with graphical user interface (GUI) design is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent prioritization, organizational, and planning abilities.
- Quick to learn and adaptable in a constantly changing environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with offshore teams
- Willing to workonsitein Salatiga, Central Java.
