Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Own a specific product or core feature set, driving it from continuous discovery to successful delivery and iteration.
- Outcome-Driven Strategy: Execute product strategy by defining clear success metrics (e.g., OKRs), prioritizing features based on user value, and managing an adaptable backlog.
- AI & Innovation Integration: Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities (such as personalized learning paths or automated feedback) to solve user problems and enhance the educational experience.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, data, and business units to align product development with overarching business goals.
- Data & AI-Augmented Analytics: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback, leveraging modern AI data analysis tools to rapidly synthesize qualitative data and uncover behavioral trends.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis, keeping a pulse on emerging EdTech trends and AI advancements to inform the roadmap.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Create, present, and advocate for product roadmaps, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Qualification
- Experience: 3-6 years in product management or a closely related field, with a proven track record of shipping impactful, user-centric products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated understanding of how to leverage AI tools for daily productivity (e.g., prompt engineering, automated research) and a solid grasp of how to integrate AI capabilities into digital products ethically.
- Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern, agile product development practices, with the ability to adapt frameworks to team needs.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead by influence, remove friction, drive collaboration, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
