What will you do
- Develop features that supports and empower Sales and Commercial teams meet the market demand according to telematics Industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the ideation, research, design, development to ensure the product fit the market needs.
- Understand user needs and translate them into product requirements, considering business goals, development costs, and potential technical debt.
- Drive feature delivery within deadlines by proactively addressing blockers, fostering alignment, and taking necessary actions to ensure a successful release.
Qualifications:
- Min. bachelor's degree in engineering/business or related field
- Have 1 - 3 years of experience in product management
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying root causes, leveraging data and customer insights, and translating findings into actionable solutions.
- Industry knowledge in telematics, logistics, and transportation. (Strong understanding on the market trend and demand), technical experience in IoT and Hardware space is preferred
- Experience working in B2B or with enterprise customers, handling key accounts, and providing tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Communication Skills both to customer and internal stakeholders. Able to convey technical concepts in a simple manner and ensure alignment on business goals across stakeholders.
