Product Manager

1. Execute all processes in the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, development coordination, and product launch for AI-powered features

2. Write detailed product requirements and specifications for engineering and ML teams, ensuring clear documentation for both traditional features and AI capabilities

3. Manage sprint cycles and product backlogs to maintain consistent delivery cadence and team velocity

4. Coordinate closely with engineering, ML engineering, data vendors, and design teams during development, QA, and release phases

5. Plan and maintain product roadmaps that balance feature development with technical improvements

6. Conduct customer interviews and gather user feedback to understand product performance and identify improvement opportunities

7. Manage product releases and launches including release communications, rollout coordination, and post-launch monitoring

8. Track and report on product metrics including user adoption, feature usage, and performance indicators

9. Make tactical product decisions on feature prioritization, scope, and resource allocation during development cycles

10. Support marketing and sales teams with product information and launch materials
