Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable system enhancements.
Improve internal data dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate metric definitions, performance tracking, and stakeholder visibility.
Drive integration and deployment of AI-powered capabilities into production systems, including defining evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and success metrics.
Own product requirements for media-related capabilities, including SDK enhancements, video processing flows, playback performance, and upload stability.
Strengthen core platform infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, and cross-surface integration.
Translate business objectives and technical opportunities into clear product requirements and structured PRDs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a reputable University majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
Have 1-3 years of working experience preferably in e-commerce
Good analytic skill and problem solving
Proficient in SQL, Python (or any other programming related to data analysis)
Good communication and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written.
Strong ownership, able to proactively drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to effectively align and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
